The University of Newcastle’s Aim High project required a fun video that presented the University campus to 8 – 13 year olds. The Nodding Dog team worked with the University to develop a quirky and fun way to show a day in the life of a University student from a child’s point of view. We wrote a script that incorporated the aspects of Uni Aim High wanted to showcase, then developed a lo-fi, childlike style that focused on camera tricks and angles that a kid might use themselves when making a video. According to the client, it never fails to get laughs every time they play it to school groups .
