What we did
Audio / Sound Production
After undergoing the NSW government ‘Fit for the future’ review, Singleton Council needed to inform the community of an increase in rates as part of a reform package. Singleton Council asked Nodding Dog to help articulate this to the community in a way that would highlight the positive work the council does and to explain why such initiatives are required for the community to continue to prosper.
We used tracked motion graphics that were embedded within local imagery to present ideas and statistics in a way that was clear and attractive while also conveying the idea that good policy and management is an integral part of everyday life in the town. The result is a friendly video that distills complex issues into something easily understandable and has been an effective component of the dialogue between the state and local governments and the Singleton community.
