OK, so lets get some things straight. ND like to do cool things, and sometimes we have to come up with cool ways to showcase… let’s say “not so interesting” things. I’m not saying that studying Commerce or Business Studies at University of Newcastle is dull, but try selling it to a 12 year old to get them excited. Eye’s glaze over within 20 seconds… I’ve seen it.

So we were tasked with creating excitement in the minds of impressionable youth for the careers of Business Studies. We asked ourselves, what do young people like? And we said Yak Milk! Yes. An excuse to incorporate Yak Milk into a job – our dreams have come true. After much excitement, we crafted the story of a man named Yah-Yah, and his adventures to become the biggest hipster billionaire on the planet through selling facial hair to the hair folically challenged. I know, it sounds crazy, but watch the animation and you’ll see.

Commerce was a different beast all together, so we decided an adventure through space and time was the way to go and Biggy & Dex were created! Everything from Wall St, Government and record stores were explored, all ending on the space station of awesomeness (as we like to call it). Yes, money makes the world go round…

So with the hard work of ND, the next generation of Business and Commerce students will be ready to take over the world. That’s a good thing. Right?
